This service is similar is to the Infrastructure Outsourcing Services, but with the option where NZ Data procures the infrastructure structure equipment and charges that as a monthly fee service to the client including the managed infrastructure service deliverables.

 

This service is deployed as a BUILD | OPERATE | TRANSFER model, meaning NZ Data will design, build, deploy and establish an onsite service specific to the client’s requirements, operate the service to maturity and then if the client desires, the service can be transferred back to the client’s operations team.​

Layer one infrastructure is often not standardized in organizations and is crucial to the operational success of any digital layer of service. NZ Data has established this service model to provide our clients a peace of mind that the layer one environment is managed in accordance to agreed service levels and standards. In addition to the service model offered under the Outsource Service option, NZ Data will procure the infrastructure environment and provide that back to the client as an OPEX fee with the option of transferring title back to the client at the end of an agreed term or continue with an operational service.
